The AFLC’s 9th Annual Golf Tournament
More than 100 people came out to The Sweetwater Golf and Country Club in Longwood, Florida, on Monday, February 15, for a day of golfing and fun - and to find out who won the raffle drawing for the seven-day Caribbean cruise.
Our raffle prizes included the cruise, a 32" flat screen television and a flip video camcorder. Dan Mclilton of IOA Insurance won the seven-day cruise for two through the Caribbean. Dr. Frank and Mrs. Flossie Hellinger won the television, and Brad Gredd of the Altamonte Rotary club won the flip video camcorder.
Proceeds benefit economically disadvantaged children, ages 5-12, who attend our academic enrichment program. The tournament also provides college scholarships to program graduates who have demonstrated academic merit and who have served as volunteers in our program.
