Lillian Rullan Diaz
Lillian Rullan Diaz was born and raised in Vega Alta, Puerto Rico and graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with a BA Tourism and Associates in Education. She received her Master's in Guidence Counseling from the University System Ana G. Mendez. She is a public Allies Volunteer and is currently teaching 3rd grade at Kids in Motion.
