Mylitza Woodson, KIM Program Director

Mylitza Woodson, KIM program Director, provides oversight to KIM and its staff and reports directly to the CEO. Mrs. Woodson has been a part of the AFLC team since 1995. A native of Chile, she received her B.S. in Human Services from the International Institute of Metropolitan St. Louis, Missouri. Her professional background includes social work as a Case Worker/Administrator and Outreach Administrator. In the Fall of 2006, Mylitza earned a certificate of completion from the Rollins College Philanthropy and Non-profit Leadership Center’s Leadership Institute. Recently, Mylitza attended a workshop for teachers of parenting skills classes. By participating in continuing education classes, our staff members are able to remain on the cutting edge of professional development and best business practices. Mylitza is the proud mother of four wonderful young ladies who also are very giving of their talents and time to the AFLC.
